Updates and changes to your existing web site are necessary to keep  your web site content fresh, and  interesting.     Updates are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Please review our yearly maintenance service contract and if you have any questions, please send us an email and we would be happy to answer any questions.  

SERVICE CONTRACT

For your convenience, we offer yearly maintenance service contracts which cover all maintenance on your web site during the year with no hourly rates.  Also, if you are not interested in purchasing our contract, we do offer maintenance for $25.00 per hour and can be billed monthly.    

Domain Name Registration is available for $12.95 a year with Apollo Hosting.

Equine Website Hosting
Web site hosting is included  is with Apollo Hosting located at www.apollohosting.com or a host of your choice.  The yearly cost is $95.99 per year.   For individuals that have already purchased their domains, they must contact the account purchased from and have the servers pointed to Apollo servers at the address listed below:

START-UP

To get started with your new Web site, please review the following procedures.

SIGNED AGREEMENT
Once estimate is provided by webmaster and accepted, a contract will be mailed for your approval and signature. This must be returned with the materials  in order to begin creating your web site.  Deposit/payment may be by via PayPal in US funds or a personal check is accepted.   

PHOTOGRAPHS
Please send regular photographs meaning: no photographer's proofs, slides, or laser copies.   If emailing photos, please mail to:  justtherighthorse@comcast.net and must be scanned to be 300 dpi high quality no smaller than 600 pixels wide.

SCANNED IMAGES
If your photos are already scanned, they must be at least 300 dpi high quality scans no smaller than 600 pixels wide in RGB true color format saved  to ".jpg or "gif" extension after the file name in order to be read on a Windows system   

TEXT
Your text must be typed into Microsoft word format, email or can be faxed to my office at: 301-662-5078.

PEDIGREES & PRODUCE RECORDS
Please send the clearest copy you have available.    Faxed copies of pedigrees are accepted but must be clean not blurred.

LOGOS
If you are currently using a brand or logo, please send a clear copy (letterhead is fine - black on white, if possible) in as large a size as available for clearest scanning, or can be emailed.

COLOR PREFERENCES
If you have a   color scheme or preference, please send samples for closest color matching.

PAYMENT

Estimate is presented,  in contract agreement, 1/2 of total amount of contract is paid.  Contract is mailed, signed and returned.  Once we receive contract and deposit, work in process will begin.     Payments can be made by personal check or sent to Paypal account.
